Alan Hall Presentation

Alan Hall was a speaker for The Franklin Group Real Estate today. Other area realtors were invited as well. Alan is the Founder and owner of MarketStar Corporation. He has Thousands of employees.
Here are some of his thoughts:
  • Be humble when solving problems and do not let others distract you.
  • Be accountable for your own success, failure and actions.
Remember the 5 C's when hiring or evaluating yourself
  1. Be Competent
  2. Be Capable of Growth
  3. Be Committed
  4. Have the right Chemistry 5. Have Character (integrity etc)

    HAVE A VISION: Who are you? Where are you going?

    Describe it on Paper and then Achieve it

    SWAT method: What are your Strength's, Weaknesses, threats and opportunities?

    Life is a long journey and this a PROCESS. What is your strategy to improve on weaknesses, utilize strength and to determine opportunity and overcome threats? You must have Goals and clear objectives. Be able to answer these questions about your goals: Who, What, Where, When, Why and How much.

    What are your resources? Teamwork, associations, reports, communications, Yourself.

    Reward yourself when you achieve your goals. Determine what your culture and Values are.
    Love of God, Self, Family, Work, Community. Balance your life. Meditate and Give it all you can.

    I really enjoyed this class. One of my goals this year is to work harder and smarter so I can create more business and help more people find homes. I have been blessed to have the clients that I have now and in the past....they are all such great people and my life is richer because of them. Thank you, friends.
